Cindy Shupe is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for women's longevity and hormonal health. Born and raised in the Midwest, she understands the value of straight talk and honest care.

After years of working in high-volume healthcare systems, Cindy founded Sage & Eterna to break free from the "15-minute visit" model. She believes that menopause, hair loss, and metabolic health require time, listening, and a partnership—not just a prescription pad.
